The Bikram Yoga style was scientifically designed and choreographed to include 26 different postures that go through the entire body. Specifically designed to combat modern lifestyle conditions such as stress, over eating, poor posture, and aggressive lifestyles, it is also designed to fit busy schedules. 


The process helps to relieve stress, balance and strengthen the glands, organs, circulation, digestion, and nervous system, and to rejuvenate tissues and reshape muscles and tendons. Throughout our yoga instruction, you will build self-control, patience, and condition your mind and body as well as rehabilitate injuries. 


Our yoga class offers a 90-minute comprehensive program that rejuvenates the mind and body. While Yoga is physically demanding, it is also relaxing and helps with a variety of common problems, including stress, anxiety, and self-control.
