WHAT TO BRING:
Large bath towel
Small washcloth
Water (bottled water available for sale)
EMPTY STOMACH (AT LEAST THREE HOURS SINCE LAST LITE MEAL).
Mat
WHAT TO WEAR:
For Women: a leotard with short bike tights or a one-piece bathing suit.
For Men: bathing suit or bike shorts.
BASIC TRAINING TIPS:
Always drink plenty of water; hydrating the body is nature’s first defense.
Consistency is the name of the game. Keep your routine going.
Maintain a sensible diet.
It’s okay to take a day off.
